Clarification SQNBA: The self-control checklists for 2024 are valid for certification.

In light of the recent integrations and improvements made to the SQNBA System and in order to provide a clearer explanation of what was previously stated, it is specified that the Self-Control Checklists used in 2024 will be used as a reference for generating the "traffic light" that takes into account the prerequisites. The procedure for updating the checklists already planned for 2025 remains unchanged.
